Managed IT, cybersecurity and technology solutions for Kentuckiana businesses.
One local partner for IT, security, connectivity, communications, continuity and physical security — with deep experience supporting medical practices. Based in Louisville, serving Kentuckiana since 2017.
One technology partner for the whole operation
Most organizations end up managing an IT company, a phone vendor, an internet carrier and a camera installer separately — and discover the gaps between them only when something breaks. OneCloud covers the whole picture.
Managed IT Services
Monitoring, patching, help desk and technology planning, so problems are found and fixed before they interrupt your day.
Managed ITCybersecurity
Security treated as business risk management — identity, email, endpoints, network and people, sized to your organization.
CybersecurityHealthcare IT
Support for the entire medical practice, from providers and clinical staff to billing, administration and leadership.
Healthcare ITBackup, Continuity & Disaster Recovery
Protected, monitored and tested recovery built around what your organization can actually tolerate losing.
Backup & recoveryNetworking & Internet
Network design, firewalls, secure Wi-Fi, multi-location connectivity and internet failover — plus dealing with the carriers for you.
NetworkingBusiness Communications
Cloud phone systems and connectivity, coordinated so you are not managing carriers and vendors separately.
CommunicationsPhysical Security
Cameras, access control, visitor management and sensors — designed and maintained alongside your network, not bolted onto it.
Physical securitySecurity Risk Assessments
A clear picture of where your risks are and what to address first, in a sequence you can actually fund.
Risk assessmentsHealthcare IT built around the practice — not just the network
A practice is not an office that happens to use computers. Whether it is a specialty clinic, a surgery centre, a dental practice or an aesthetic practice, the same pattern holds: clinical systems, imaging, a schedule with no slack in it, and a stack of vendors nobody has time to manage.
Most IT providers see a practice as switches, workstations and a network. That view is where the gaps come from — it misses the workflows, the patient access, the vendor relationships and the compliance obligations that sit on top of the hardware.
We support the whole organization: the systems, the people using them, the vendors behind them, and the security and documentation that keep the practice operating safely.
- Providers and advanced practice clinicians
- Clinical and nursing staff
- Front office and patient check-in
- Billing and revenue cycle teams
- Administration and leadership
- Remote workers and satellite locations
Backup, business continuity and disaster recovery
Every organization has backups. Far fewer can say when a restore was last tested, or how long getting back to work would actually take.
We design backup and recovery around what your organization can genuinely tolerate — how much work you could afford to redo, and how long you could afford to be down — then protect the backups so an attack cannot reach them, and test the restores on a schedule you can show anyone who asks.
Practices and organizations we have supported
Independent practices are our deepest specialization — medical, surgical, dental and aesthetic. We also support professional services, legal, accounting, construction, nonprofits and multi-location businesses across Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana.
Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana
Several clinics that have to behave like one practice, coordinating with each other and with hospital rounds.
Digenis Plastic Surgery
A surgical practice with a medi spa alongside it — clinical systems, imaging and retail-style operations in one building.
Regional Heart Specialists
Diagnostic equipment and clinical imaging on the network, where a slow system holds up a full day of testing.
Complete Pediatrics and Specialty Care
High patient volume, families checking in back to back, and a Southern Indiana location supported to the same standard as anything across the river.
We support a number of other practices across Kentuckiana that are not named here yet — dermatology, rheumatology and infusion, a gastroenterology practice with its own ambulatory surgery centre, and advanced, cosmetic and prosthodontic dental practices. The work is real; the names go up only as each practice confirms in writing that it is happy to be listed.
Each practice named above is a current OneCloud client that has given written permission to be listed. Practices we support that have not yet confirmed are described without their name until they do, and any engagement that has ended is written in the past tense rather than left to imply otherwise. Outcomes and quotes appear only where a practice has approved the specific wording.
HIPAA security requirements are changing
HHS has proposed the first major overhaul of the Security Rule in over two decades, and it turns long-standing “addressable” recommendations into requirements.
- Multi-factor authentication on system access, on-site and remote
- Encryption of ePHI at rest and in transit — required, not optional
- A written asset inventory and a map of how ePHI moves
- Vulnerability scanning at least every six months
- Annual penetration testing of systems holding ePHI
- Network segmentation as a mandatory safeguard
- Restoration of ePHI systems within 72 hours
- Annual written verification of business associate controls
Most independent practices can satisfy some of this today and none of it on paper. The gap is not usually the technology — it is that nobody owns the documentation, the testing schedule, or the annual verification.
That is exactly the work OneCloud takes on. We start with an assessment that tells you, in plain language, where your practice actually stands against each requirement and what it costs to close the gap.
The proposed rule is not final and its requirements and timeline can change. Every figure on this site is re-checked against the HHS source before it is published, and our compliance pages carry the date they were last reviewed. We would rather be current than confident.
Partners and technologies
We keep these two lists separate on purpose. Plenty of providers call every vendor a partner; the distinction is worth being precise about.
Communications partners
Formal partner relationships, which let us provision, configure, support and escalate directly rather than routing you through a reseller.

Technologies & providers we work with
Platforms we implement and support, and carriers we source, coordinate and escalate on your behalf. Not partnerships, and we do not display their marks as though they were.
- Verkada — implementation, deployment and support
- AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, Metronet — circuit sourcing and escalation
- T-Mobile, Verizon — cellular backup and failover
OneCloud implements, deploys, configures and supports Verkada technology. We are not currently an official, authorized or certified Verkada partner, and we will not describe ourselves as one until that is true.
Through Telarus, a vetted portfolio behind every recommendation
OneCloud is a Telarus partner, which gives us a route to a large portfolio of approved suppliers across connectivity, voice, cloud and security. A recommendation is the result of comparing real options rather than selling the one thing we happen to carry.
Connectivity & carriers
Circuits, wireless and last-mile options across Kentuckiana — sourced, provisioned and escalated by us.

Voice, UC & contact centre
Cloud phone platforms and contact-centre tooling, matched to how your organization actually takes calls.

Cloud, data centre & infrastructure
Hosting, colocation and network infrastructure for workloads that should not sit in a cupboard.

Security & continuity
Specialist security, compliance and data-protection providers we bring in where the need warrants it.

These are suppliers we can source, quote, implement and support through our Telarus partnership, and their marks appear here under Telarus’ approved-logo programme. They are not endorsements of OneCloud, and we do not claim a direct partnership with each one — our own formal partner relationships are RingCentral, Sangoma and GoTo, shown above.
Local, accountable and responsible for the whole picture
We are based in Louisville and we care how technology affects the organizations in our community — because we run into our clients at the same places you do.
Healthcare work sharpened how we operate: tighter security defaults, real documentation, tested recovery, and a clear line about what we own versus what stays with you. Those habits apply to every client. And because we own IT, security, connectivity, communications and physical security together, nothing falls into the gap between two vendors — which is where most problems in small-business technology actually live.
Let’s talk about your organization
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are a good fit. If we are not, we will say so.
