Practices and businesses we have supported.
Years of relationships in one market, across a wider range of practice types than most IT providers ever see. Most new clients arrive because someone we already work with recommended us.
Independent practices, and the businesses around them
Medical, surgical, dental and aesthetic practices are our deepest specialization — alongside professional services and small businesses across Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana.
Nephrology Associates of Kentuckiana
Several clinics that have to behave like one practice, coordinating with each other and with hospital rounds.
Digenis Plastic Surgery
A surgical practice with a medi spa alongside it — clinical systems, imaging and retail-style operations in one building.
Regional Heart Specialists
Diagnostic equipment and clinical imaging on the network, where a slow system holds up a full day of testing.
Complete Pediatrics and Specialty Care
High patient volume, families checking in back to back, and a Southern Indiana location supported to the same standard as anything across the river.
The four practices above are current clients who have confirmed in writing that they are happy to be named. We support others across Kentuckiana — dermatology, rheumatology and infusion, a gastroenterology practice with its own ambulatory surgery centre, and advanced, cosmetic and prosthodontic dental practices — and those names go up as each one confirms.
Dental is a real part of what we do rather than a footnote. The technology profile is different from medicine: intraoral scanners, CBCT imaging, CAD/CAM milling, and a constant exchange of very large files with outside dental labs. A network sized for email and a practice-management system will not carry it.
Every practice named on this page must give written permission before the site goes live, and results or quotes are published only with that same approval. We are gathering those properly rather than inventing them. If you would like to speak with a current client about our work, ask and we will arrange an introduction where the client is willing.
Three checks on every name here
Is it current or historical?
A former client is a legitimate reference and we are glad to describe the work — but it is described in the past tense. Implying an ongoing relationship that ended is the kind of detail a prospect checks and remembers.
Has the practice agreed?
Written permission from the practice before the name appears. Some practices are happy to be listed, some prefer not to be named publicly, and a few are contractually restricted. All three answers are fine; guessing is not.
Is the practice still trading?
A practice that has closed, merged or been acquired is removed rather than quietly left in place. A client list that includes a business which no longer exists undermines every other name on it.
Where permission has not yet come back, the entry is published without the practice name — the description of the work is still useful and entirely true. A shorter list of confirmed names is worth more than a longer list a prospect can pick holes in.
Ask us for a reference
A logo wall proves very little. A twenty-minute call with a practice administrator who has been through a transition with us proves rather more. We are happy to arrange one for a serious prospective client, subject to that client’s willingness.
