Why OneCloud

Local enough to answer the phone. Experienced enough to know what to do next.

Since 2017 in the same market, which means our reputation is not theoretical. The practices and businesses we serve talk to each other.

What sets us apart

Four things, honestly stated

Local since 2017

We have supported organizations throughout Kentuckiana since 2017 — long enough to have seen most failure modes, and close enough to be accountable in a market where word travels.

Real practice experience

Not a HIPAA line on a compliance page. Specialty clinics, an ambulatory surgery center, dental and aesthetic practices and multi-site groups run on us — clinical systems and compliance documentation both in scope.

A one-hour response commitment

Published rather than buried, and specific enough to hold us to. Ask us to put the exact terms for your organization in writing.

Local and reachable

Louisville-based. Remote when remote is faster, on-site when a problem needs hands, and the same people each time.

Switching

What changing providers actually involves

The fear of a bad transition keeps more businesses with the wrong provider than anything else. Here is how ours runs.

StageWhat happensTypical time
1. DiscoveryWe document your environment before anything changes — systems, accounts, licences, vendors, contracts and where the risks are.1–2 weeks
2. Gap reportYou get a written picture of what we found, including anything urgent. This is yours regardless of what you decide next.A few days
3. OnboardingMonitoring, patching, security tooling and backup deployed alongside the existing setup. Nothing is removed until its replacement is proven.2–3 weeks
4. HandoverCredentials, licences, domain and vendor relationships transferred properly, with the outgoing provider where they are cooperative.1 week
5. StabilizeWe work the backlog of things that were quietly broken. Every transition has one.First 60 days
Choose your quiet week

Transitions should happen during your slowest period, not your busiest. For most practices that is not the start of a quarter and never the week a new provider starts seeing patients. We will plan around your calendar rather than ours.

Straight answers

Things we would rather say up front

Are you the cheapest option?

No, and a provider competing purely on price is telling you where the corners will be cut — usually in monitoring coverage, response times, or the documentation nobody sees until an audit.

That said, we would rather scope honestly than oversell. If your environment does not need the full program, we will say so.

What size organization is a good fit?

Roughly five to a hundred staff. Below that, the overhead of a full managed program is often hard to justify and we will tell you. Above that, an internal IT function usually makes sense, and we work alongside several.

What if it is not working out?

Ask about exit terms before you sign — with us or anyone. A provider confident in its work does not need to trap clients in a contract, and you should be able to leave with your documentation, your credentials and your data intact.

Who actually does the work?

Our own engineers. Ask any provider whether support is delivered in-house or subcontracted, and where. It changes how quickly someone can stand in your server room.

Start with a conversation

No obligation. We will tell you what we see, and whether we are the right fit.
