Help Desk & Support

This is the part you will actually judge us on.

Every IT provider claims responsive support. The measurable version: how long until a human who can help picks up, and how often the problem is finished on that first contact.

What’s included

What this actually covers

  • A phone number answered during business hours — not only a ticket form
  • One-hour response commitment on support requests
  • Remote support that resolves most issues in the same session
  • On-site visits across Louisville and Southern Indiana when it needs hands
  • Priority based on business impact, not on who submitted the ticket
  • Documented environments, so whoever answers already knows how you are set up

Why documentation makes support faster

The slowest support calls are the ones where the engineer is learning your environment while you wait. We document every client environment — what runs where, which vendor owns what, who is authorized to approve changes — so the person answering starts from context instead of from questions.

Escalation that actually escalates

A help desk that cannot reach an engineer is a message service. Ours escalates to the people who designed the environment, and for a genuine outage that happens immediately rather than after a tier has been exhausted.

Questions

Common questions

What exactly does the one-hour response cover?

Response, not resolution — a person engaged with the issue within an hour. Coverage windows and after-hours handling vary by agreement, so ask us to confirm the exact terms for your organization in writing. We would rather set the expectation precisely than have you discover the fine print during an outage.

Can our staff contact you directly?

Yes, and we prefer it. Routing every issue through one office manager creates a bottleneck and loses detail. We will agree with you who can authorize changes and spending — that is a separate question from who can ask for help.

Do you charge extra for on-site visits?

It depends on the agreement. Some include a number of on-site hours; others bill them separately. It is a fair question to ask any provider before signing, and we will answer it plainly.

Let’s talk about your environment

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are a good fit — and we will say so if we are not.
